360 Builders is a Los Angeles based construction company that takes pride in providing safe, cost-effective solutions to all our customers’ construction needs. We are excited to have completed the ADU for Harold M. in Woodland Hills.

The ADU, which is detached, was built for rental income. The size of the ADU is about 400 square feet and has a usable area of 378 square feet with the rest used for kitchen cabinets and plumbing for the bathroom. Open floor plan with plenty of natural light and large windows.

We designed this project to be custom and were able to keep it within budget. We faced some challenges like working around an existing tree, installing the plumbing for the bathroom, and installing the roofing materials.

The client was very satisfied with our service because we were able to complete the project within his budget and on time.
