We recently completed a project for our client, converting a storage room into an ADU. In this step of the project we demolished the storage room. The next step will be to build the ADU in its place.

The ADU will be an attached unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. The reason for building the ADU is rental income and increase property value. The ADU will have a custom plan.
