The homeowner needed the old garage demolished before they could build their new ADU. The demolition work was tricky because the old garage was attached to the house and had to be taken down with care so as not to damage the main house. Once the demolition was complete, we were able to start construction on the ADU. The plan for this specific ADU was custom and took into consideration the homeowners’ needs and desires. We also had to take care of some challenges such as getting permits and working with a tight budget.
