Bathroom Remodel Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, CA - Your Los Angeles ADU Home Builders and General Contractors

The bathroom is one of the most important rooms in the house. It’s where you start your day with a shower, brush your teeth, and freshen up before bed. It’s also the room where you go to relax, unwind, or share a private moment with someone special.

The bathroom is a multifunctional space that needs to be functional and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom is also one of the most expensive rooms in the house to renovate.

360Builders is a Los Angeles based construction company that takes pride in providing safe, cost-effective solutions to all our customers’ construction needs. We are dedicated to delivering quality workmanship, on time and on budget.

360Builders was approached by Mr. Jacobs who wanted to renovate his bathroom.

Mr. Jacobs wanted to update his outdated bathroom with a modern look that would make him feel good every time he enters his bathroom. He wanted a walk-in shower with a bench, a new vanity, new toilet and sink, and new paint colors.

360Builders had an open dialogue with Mr. Jacobs about what he wanted for his updated bathroom. 360Builders then created a design that would meet his needs and match his taste. The design included a walk-in shower with a bench, a new vanity, new toilet and sink, and new paint colors.

To create the new bathroom design, 360Builders took measurements of the bathroom and created a 3D rendering of what it would look like. 360Builders also brought in samples of the different materials so Mr. Jacobs could choose the ones he wanted for his new bathroom. Mr. Jacobs was happy with what he saw and chose to go ahead with the project.

The first step was removing the old bathroom fixtures and installing temporary fixtures to avoid any water damage. The next step was removing the old drywall, tiling the floor, tiling the shower, tiling the walls of the shower, tiling around the toilet, tiling around the sink area, installing new drywall, installing new insulation, installing new electrical outlets, installing cabinetry for storage space, installing a new vanity with a mirror, installing a new toilet and sink with a towel rack and towel bar, painting the walls with two different colors (one for each side), installing new lighting fixtures, installing recessed lighting to illuminate the shower, installing new light switches, installing new plumbing fixtures, and installing new countertops.

The project took about four weeks to complete. The end result was a beautiful updated bathroom that Mr. Jacobs can enjoy for years to come.
