360Builders is a Los Angeles based construction company that takes pride in providing safe, cost-effective solutions to all our customers’ construction needs. We specialize in basement remodels and have recently completed a basement remodel for a client in the Edgemont area of Los Angeles.

The client had been using their basement as a storage space and wanted to turn it into a separate apartment. This project required careful planning and execution. The client needed a space that would be comfortable for living and be able to accommodate a separate kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, closet, and office. 360Builders was able to provide these features with the help of our knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.

One of the challenges we faced was the plumbing. The client had already installed their own plumbing, which meant we had to make sure it was compatible with our work. We were able to do this by using the same pipes and fittings from the original installation, which saved time and money for the client.

The end result is a finished basement that has everything the client wanted. The client is very happy with the results and has already moved into their new home.
