In the summer of 2018, we were contacted by a client who was looking for a contractor to help them build a 4 unit apartment building from ground up. Each apartment has a 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The client had been researching builders for about a year before deciding on 360Builders. They chose us because we were the most affordable option and our past experience in building an apartment complex from ground up.

The project began in October of 2018 and was completed in April of 2019. The client had a tight budget and wanted to make sure they could afford to build their dream apartment building. Initially, they planned on building just 2 units but after consulting with 360Builders, they decided to add an additional 2 units.

Building 4 units proved to be more challenging than originally anticipated due to the lack of space and increased costs. There were also many permits that needed to be obtained which added time and stress to the project. Despite these challenges, we were able to complete the project within budget and on time. The client is very happy with the finished product and would recommend 360Builders to anyone looking for a contractor.
