Our latest project saw us complete a 590 sqft detached ADU in the Lake Balboa area. The project included a one bedroom and one bath new construction residence, making it perfect for use as a guest house or rental income.

To begin the project, we had to create a custom ADU plan that met all local regulations and standards. Once the plan was finalized, we began work on constructing the ADU. We also utilized advanced building techniques such as prefabricated walls and modular designs to reduce waste and speed up construction times.

In order to make sure everything was done properly and safely before handing over the keys we conducted a thorough inspection. This included testing all electricals systems as well as checking for any structural damage or potential hazards. Once our inspection found no faults we handed over the keys confident that our customer had received a quality job.
