In the last few years, it has been a common trend for people to move out of the city and into the suburbs. This is due to a number of reasons, but primarily because it is more affordable. But with this trend comes a problem: how to get people from the suburbs into the city for work every day.

This is where 360Builders came in. We were contracted to demolish a single home and build a four-unit, three-story apartment building on 5636 Woodman Avenue in Van Nuys, CA.

The client wanted to build an apartment building because they have noticed that their current residents are moving out of the city because it is no longer affordable. They wanted to create an apartment building with four units so that they could keep up with the demand for housing in their area.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was making sure that the building was safe and up to code, while also being cost-effective. We were able to do this by using high-quality materials that will last for years, and by hiring qualified workers who are well versed in construction codes.

Another challenge we faced was working with a lot that was smaller than usual. We were still able to make the building fit by using a creative design and by using a variety of construction methods.

The client was very satisfied with our service. They were happy with the results we achieved and how quickly we completed the project. They also liked that we were able to keep the cost down while still providing high-quality materials and workers.
